How to add favicon into pagewiz landing page template

Favicons are small square images usually 16×16 pixels which are used by web browsers to show a graphical representation of the site being visited at the left side of the browser’s address bar. It is also known as a shortcut icon, website icon, tab icon, URL icon, or bookmark icon, is a file containing one or more small icons, associated with a particular website or webpage.

Here’s how and where to add codes. Once you’ve opened, you can access the JavaScript manager by clicking on the “JavaScript” button in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.

Step: 1. Click on “JavaScript” and then click “Add”. Open the following script editor.

Step: 2 Paste this code:

<link rel="icon" type="image/x-icon" href="http://www.google.com/s2/favicons?domain=www.yourwebsitehere.com" />

Step: 3 Set the placement to “Head“

Step: 4 Name your script “Favicon” or something else to help identify it.

Step: 5 Fill in your website domain where the script says www.yourwebsitehere.com For example, if I was doing this for tutsflow, the final code would read:

<link rel="icon" type="image/x-icon" href="http://www.google.com/s2/favicons?domain=www.tutsflow.com" />

Step: 6 Now Save Code the JavaScript manager.

Step: 7 Save and publish! the page will be ready to go now.

Note: This script will get the favicon from your actual running website and use it as the favicon for your pagewiz landing page. If you have uploaded favicon else place you can change the whole link.
